Maintenance Controller

Location: Norwich, NR6 6AN
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

A busy truck and trailer rental company in Norwich is looking for a Maintenance Controller to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge and excellent communication skills to handle various responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Authorizing maintenance work with suppliers.

* Managing breakdown calls and advising customers on upcoming service work and MOTs.

* Coordinating with depots, technicians, drivers, and customers to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

* Solid mechanical knowledge.

* Strong telephone manner and customer service abilities.

* A confident, proactive personality to liaise with various stakeholders.

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm.

* One Saturday in every four, 8am - 12pm.
