Financial Controller
Lead and Shape Finance Operations in a Dynamic Environment

As a Financial Controller, you will lead the finance team in a multi-company setting, ensuring seamless financial operations and reporting. You'll collaborate closely with the Treasury and Financial Reporting Lead, and play a key role in the development and leadership of your team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accurate and timely production of management accounts and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and tax compliance.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Assist in developing corporate strategies and business objectives alongside the Finance Director.
- Supervise, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team.
About You:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience in team management and the preparation of management accounts.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
