Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct land surveys using Trimble instruments (experience with Topcon or Leica also considered).
✅ Perform cut and fill surveys and process data using LSS software.
✅ Generate and manage 3D models for earthworks and construction operations.
✅ Create and analyze point clouds for accurate measurements and progress tracking.
✅ Provide detailed reports and accurate site data for project management.
✅ Ensure compliance with health & safety standards on-site.

Requirements:

✔ Previous experience in a similar land surveying role within civils or highways projects.
✔ Strong experience with Trimble, Topcon, or Leica instruments.
✔ Proficiency in using LSS software for data processing.
✔ Knowledge of cut and fill operations and earthworks.
✔ CSCS Card (in date) - essential.
✔ Ability to start immediately.
