Role Overview:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will receive comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the dynamic recruitment industry. Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in the construction and infrastructure sectors. You will build relationships with both candidates and clients, managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing business relationships with Hiring Managers
Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
Conducting candidate interviews and assessments
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
Managing job postings and applications
Negotiating job offers and contracts
Meeting or exceeding sales targets
Maintaining accurate records in our CRM systemWhat We're Looking For:
