Due to the partnership between Hays and a local authority within the West Midlands, we are looking to recruit an Administrator to join the local authority.

Your new role

As an administrator, you will be supporting the team by updating the systems and answering any queries. You will be required to help with the booking of funerals through the bookings' system. You should be comfortable with face to face and over the phone communication with customers.This role is a temporary full-time position working fully in the office.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need experience of working in a busy administrative environment where you can prioritise your workload. In addition, you will need to demonstrate you have high attention to detail and can process information correctly. It is also important that you can work as part of a larger team, and communicate effectively. Furthermore, due to the nature of the role, you will need to ensure you can keep organised.In addition, this role will be a start ASAP. Before starting, you will need to pass your reference and compliance checks. On registration please have your 2 most recent employment details available for reference checks. This is a full-time, temporary role. This is a three-month contract but may be open to extension.
