Kenneth Brian Associates is partnering with a fantastic company in Croydon to find a Bookkeeper to join their team on a permanent basis. The role can be full or part time. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be comfortable commuting to Croydon daily.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing/checking VAT returns
• Preparation of trial balance for yearend accounts for Accountants
• Weekly/Monthly payroll and pensions
• HMRC payments
• Update Customer contracts on CRM with Costs including labour and materials
• Record all incoming invoices and expenses
• Process banking transactions and reconcile bank statements regularly
• Reconcile credit card statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts
