A national Construction Consultancy with a family-feel culture, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor from a PQS/Consultancy background, to join their Buckinghamshire office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining at an exciting time, following a major client win—adding more work to an already healthy pipeline across the residential, industrial, and healthcare sectors.

Alongside project delivery, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall also lead a small team of Quantity Surveyors, supporting their day-to-day work and mentoring them as they progress within the company.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

* MRICS or completed a RICS accredited degree

* Previous experience of running your own projects with minimal support

* PQS / Consultancy experience (minimum 5 years - UK)

* Industrial, healthcare, or residential project experience would be a plus

* Strong pre and post contract

* Previous experience or a willingness to manage other quantity surveyors
