We are recruiting for an a multi skilled maintenance operative in the central Birmingham Area, they are responsible for maintaining a large production and manufacturing environment for an industry leading organisation.

This is role will involve for a metal working company with an Industry leading brand, the key responsibilities for this role are detailed below.
Continuous repair and maintenance on all areas of the property.
Basic Carpentry and repair of wooden materials.
Decorating and painting across offices and production environments.
Simple brick working and repair of exposed brick walls.
When required Plumbing and Pipefitting.
Reactive Husbandry of fixtures and fittings.A successful candidate will have the following qualifications or experience.
City and Guilds in Plumbing.
Experience in multiple trade skills.
