Duties:

Making engineer appointments for electrical testing and smoke detector installations
Dealing with tenants via letter, email and telephone
Updating engineers diaries with updated appointments
Re arranging cancelled appointments Ideal candidate:

Strong IT skills
Understanding of how to use excel
Good with people
Great telephone etiquette
