We are recruiting for a diverse Project Manager role, which is multifaceted and is crucial to the success of our clients Gas and Heating business. This requires a blend of technical expertise, excellent communication, and strong organisational skills.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for visiting client properties, surveying their needs, accurately estimating project costs, and then managing those projects through to completion. Involved with the full life-cycle of projects from inception through to completion, including aftercare.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Attend site visits to domestic and commercial properties to assess plumbing and heating project requirements

* Surveying & Estimation for a variety of projects, including installations, upgrades, repairs and maintenance

* Identify potential challenges, such as access limitations or existing pipework issues and providing solutions that meet client needs, comply with regulations, and optimize efficiency

* Effectively communicate with clients to explain proposals, answer technical questions, and address concerns

* Coordinate and supervise our own engineers and any specialist subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project specifications and timelines

* Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any issues promptly

* Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on all project sites

* Manage project finances, including invoicing

* Conduct post-project reviews to gather client feedback and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications and Experience:

* Proven experience in the plumbing and heating industry

* Extensive knowledge of domestic and commercial plumbing and heating systems

* Experience in estimating and quoting for plumbing and heating projects

* Strong understanding of relevant building regulations and safety standards

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

* Proven ability to manage projects effectively, including planning, budgeting, and problem-solving

* Full driving license.
