We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Bartender & Waiter at the Lobby Bar at One Hundred Shoreditch. In this dual role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks as well as providing attentive table service to our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality, a knack for mixology, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.

• Provide excellent table service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests have everything they need for an enjoyable experience.

• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

• Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service and a seamless guest experience.

• Address any guest issues or complaints swiftly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Salary: £11.90 p/h plus tronc
