Are you an experienced Senior Site Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity? A leading property developer is seeking a skilled Senior Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new site consisting of 86 timber frame units in Oxfordshire. The project is set to run until 2027, offering long-term stability and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management of the construction site, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Lead a team of site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver the project on time and within budget.
Ensure that the project adheres to all building regulations, quality control standards, and client specifications.
Manage the site logistics, including resources, materials, and machinery, to ensure smooth operations.
Liaise with the client, architects, and other stakeholders to keep the project on track and resolve any issues that arise.
Implement site safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all workers.
Prepare and manage project reports, budgets, and schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager, ideally in timber frame housing or similar residential construction projects.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
Experience in managing projects with multiple phases and long durations.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health & safety requirements.
Ability to handle client relationships and provide clear communication throughout the project.
CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification are required.
