Customer Service Advisor

Stockport - close to public transport links

£24 - 26,000 per annum

• Customer service duties including:
  • Taking incoming phone calls and resolving several different types of queries.
  • Placing orders over the phone with both residential and trade customers ensuring payment is received and fraud checks are completed.
  • Responding to customer emails and social media messages within a timely and professional manner.
  • Responding to messages on selling platforms, Amazon and eBay.
  • Responding to customer reviews across various platforms.
  • Provide aftercare service on order including dealing with customer complaints and refunds.

• Stock duties including:
  • Ordering products in for some customer orders
  • Liaising with suppliers and couriers to manage timelines for customer orders.
  • Reallocating and resolving stock queries on the internal stock management system.

We are looking for a team player with a friendly customer service approach - this role is permanent within a well established friendly team supplying quality products to their valued customers and interviews will be held as soon as possible to welcome their ideal candidate into their role in the next few weeks.
