We are looking for an experienced building services to join one of our biggest clients team.

Job title: Shift Engineer

Location: Kings Cross, Central London

Shift Pattern: 4on/4off days and nights

Hours: 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am

Salary: £50,000 to £52,000

Team of 10

Main Duties:

Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual Planned Maintenance
Responding to emergency maintenance such as outages and floods.
Visual checks on power systems
Inspecting electrical equipment for loose connections and overheating
Inspecting and testing electrical equipment
Working within a critical plant environment
Keeping accurate records on completed or raised maintenance via PDA taablets and log books
Assisting with contractors on site with permits, RAMs and walkarounds
Servicing AHU's, Fan Coil Units etc.Experience Requirement:

5+ Years within Building Maintenance
Fully Qualified (NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 within Electrical Installations)
18th Edition will be required
You will be expected to provide 1 reference prior to interviews
