A well-established housing disrepair law firm are recruiting for a Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join their Manchester or Liverpool team.Role OverviewYou will join a well-established housing disrepair team handling your own caseload of pre and post-litigation claims brought under Sections 9a and 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.Candidate ProfileThe firm is seeking a housing disrepair solicitor with the following characteristics:

• Must be able to bill at Grade B or above.
• Successful candidates will have extensive experience working within a housing disrepair team.
• Must be able to keep up with legislative changes and support clients with changes.
• Must be organised and work to deadline.
• Be able to work in a team.
