Salary: £50,000 + Excellent Benefits | Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

The Role:

As our Engineering Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at this cutting-edge site. You'll manage one on-site engineer, ensuring all logbooks and compliance requirements are up to date while maintaining exceptional service levels for our client. This role offers a great balance between hands-on work and management, allowing you to stay involved with the tools while leading the team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing the on-site engineer and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.

* Maintaining compliance, keeping logbooks up to date, and handling client relationships.

* Participating in a call-out rota (every other week), which can largely be managed remotely unless a major incident occurs.

* Assisting with hands-on engineering tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in an Engineering Supervisor role, preferably within an FM environment.

* Strong understanding of compliance and logbook management.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.

* A proactive approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
