We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Manager to lead a team working within a manufacturing factory.

Working Hours (must be flexible depending on client requirement):

Mon - Thurs: 8am - 4.30pm, Friday 8am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide the production team, providing mentorship and staff training (up to 30 staff).
• Create production plans to meet client deadlines.
• Transport/Fleet Management
• Uphold a quality management system in accordance with ISO9001 standards.
• Supervise and align KPIs.
• Regularly review and update risk assessments.
• Communicate with suppliers to maintain material flow and uphold high standards.
• Ensure the timely servicing and maintenance of machinery.

What we need from you:

• Previous experience required
• Ability to lead a team.
• Great organisation skills
• Ability to build good relationships with suppliers.
• Experience using MS Office; including Word & Excel.
• Ideally, the candidate will hold an IOSH Certificate and a Valid Driving Licence.
