Business Development Executive

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Our client is seeking a driven and strategic Business Development executive to join their Hire Team selling specialist equipment.
Focusing on growing their rental services. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in developing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive engagement and have regular contact with hire customers
* Use upselling techniques on different products or length of service.
* Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
* Answer inbound enquiries and provide a follow up of all quotes within 30 minutes.
* Ensure all customer details, notes and relevant information are accurately put on the CRM.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
* Achieve and exceed business development targets, contributing to the Hire Team's overall success.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and generate leads.
What you'll need:
* Previous experience in a similar role such as account management, business development, sales development or sales administrator.
* Self motivated.
* Confidence to pick up the phone and bring in new business.
* Excellent eye for detail and proof reading all information before it's sent to clients.
* Honest and trustworthy.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
