Job Title: Accounts Assistant (6 Month FTC)
Salary: £28k - £32k Pro Rata

Summary

We are representing a leading Residential led, mixed-use developer based in NW London. Running for over 25 years, they operate over the entire property lifecycle and have over 8,500 homes and more than 500k sq.ft in commercial space.

Now looking for an accounts assistant to join the team on a maternity cover contract, this is a great opportunity for someone to increase their experience or an experienced candidate looking for their next role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in processing sales and purchase invoices
• Bank accounts maintenance
• Standard journal entries
• Reconciling corporate credit card and supplier statements
• Processing employee expenses
• Overseeing the end-to-end management accounts for 3 SPV's
• Involvement in the annual audit process
• Reviewing and submitting VAT returns
• Answering internal and external queries by phone & email
