�? Job Opportunity: Regional Sales Director Surrey & Berkshire �? A dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director is sought to lead and drive the performance of residential sales teams. This role is ideal for an experienced property professional with a passion for growth, team development, and exceptional client service. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading independently owned estate agency groups as a Regional Sales Director for the Surrey & Berkshire region. In this role, you will oversee seven established locations, with plans for further expansion through acquisitions and new office openings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth in an estate agency business and the ability to meet the exceptional standards expected in this position. ?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance & Profitability: Maximise income and operational profitability by implementing strategic plans and setting high-performance standards across sales and lettings teams.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop staff to build successful, long-term careers. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and career development meetings.
  • Business Development: Personally generate fee income and identify new business opportunities. Drive client visit activities and maintain a focus on achieving market share growth.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation and company guidelines. Maintain high standards in client interactions, marketing materials, and branch operations.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing professional advice to maximise customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting & Strategy: Collaborate with directors on strategic business proposals, monitor competitor activities, and ensure effective communication across teams.
�? Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in estate agency management, with a strong track record in sales.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage teams.
  • A proactive approach to business development and market share growth.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of property market trends and relevant legislation.
  • Full driving licence required and own car insured for business use.
