Description
- Coordinate high volume of internal and external meetings
- Develop relationships with broker sales teams to effectively plan meetings
- Provide business support for your team.
- Collect and organise research reports, models, and company quarterly and annual reports
- Manage travel and expenses for portfolio managers and their teams Liaise with key operational areas to organise new hire training schedules and oversee onboarding
Profile
- Minimum 3 years administrative assistant experience, preferably within financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to exercise discretion when managing confidential information, working across multiple teams and functions
- Able to interact professionally with peers and senior level management
- Excellent English, grammar, written and verbal communication skills
