Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Service Engineer to maintain and service AV systems for corporate clients across the M4 Corridor / North/West London to Milton Keynes. This role involves fault finding, firmware updates, site surveys, and providing on-site technical support. Experience with corporate video conferencing systems is essential. The engineer will work within a 2-hour radius using a company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

* Service and maintain AV systems at client sites.

* Troubleshoot faults and perform firmware updates.

* Conduct site surveys and resolve technical issues.

* Provide customer support, ensuring contract compliance and high satisfaction.

* Work with corporate video conferencing systems, ensuring optimal performance.

* Travel to client sites within a 2-hour radius.

Required Experience & Skills:

* Proven experience in corporate AV service roles.

* Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.

* Experience with corporate video conferencing systems.

* Experience with site surveys and system updates.

* Full UK driving license and ability to travel.
