Management Accountant - Hybrid working pattern

What You'll Be Doing:

Preparing monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and financial commentary.

Leading the audit process for your business unit, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

*

Mentoring junior finance team members, fostering a culture of growth and high performance.

*

Monitoring spend against budget, investigating variances, and implementing cost control measures.

*

Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance financial operations.

*

Ensuring rigorous financial controls are maintained at all times.

*

Supporting group consolidation, ensuring timely and consistent reporting.

*

Undertaking ad hoc financial analysis to support business decision-making.

Who We're Looking For:

*

ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with strong financial acumen

*

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, comfortable working with and analysing large datasets

*

Detail-oriented, with a commitment to quality and accuracy

*

A team player who thrives in a collaborative and professional environment

*

Comfortable working in a hybrid role, with at least two days per week in the office
