4Site Recruitment is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our client's team near the Swindon area for an exciting project scheduled to run for the next 2 years.

The ideal candidate will have:

2+ years of supervisory experience
Experience managing a team of 8-10+ tradespeople
A hands-on attitude and willingness to get involved
Strong communication skills
High-end residential construction experience
A team-oriented approach
Availability to start immediately
Preferred qualifications:

Manual Handling certification
Asbestos Awareness certification
SSSTS or SMSTS certification
A valid driver's license
