Offering a great work life balance, keen mentorship and support and a warm and friendly team.Your role will be pivotal in the smooth and efficient management of this hardworking, dynamic team.   As a Legal Administrator, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional phone support to clients/colleagues/solicitors
• Drafting and formatting professional letters and emails with precision
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail with efficiency
• Producing high-quality scanned and photocopied documents for legal filings
• Assisting with the procurement and organisation of office supplies and equipment
• Conducting thorough research on legal matters and using databases to maintain accurate records
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of legal documents through careful checking and verification
• Retrieving and archiving important documents and files with a high level of attention to detail
