Tips paid fortnightly
40 hours per week (Day Time Hours Only)

What's involved?

As the Assistant Kitchen Manager, you will support the Kitchen Manager in coaching and developing your team, as well as revising new items for the menu and ensuring the quality of the food remains high.

You will use your previous experience working in professional kitchens to support the team, giving them the training and support they need to thrive, as well as learning from the Senior Leadership Team to continue to progress in your own career.

Day to day you will also be responsible for prep, service and stock control to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently too and will be central to the success of the business.
