Mortgage Broker

My client, a well established and highly successful asset management company are looking to add a Mortgage Broker, with Equity Release experience to their high performing team. What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Mortgage Broker:

• Provide bespoke mortgage/equity release advice and solutions
• Nurture long term client relationships
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in order to oversee each application through to completion
• Ensure clients receive appropriate levels of protection

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Mortgage Broker:

• Full CeMap qualified or equivalent, with min 3 years experience
• Experience of Equity Release essential
• Full UK Driving Licence and use of own appropriate car
• Whole of market experience would be advantageous
