Are you a Quantity Surveyor local to Crawley with a self-delivery background? Working with a leading civils sub-contractor, a new opportunity has arisen to become an integral part of a team working on a key civils upgrade programme within aviation. Prior aviation experience is not required, if you are a QS with a background working on enabling works, drainage, rc structural works and similar your expertise is required! You will be well-versed in assisting in contract administration, conducting monthly valuations, participating in monthly internal cost reporting meetings as well as monitoring, reviewing and reporting on any variations. 

The suitable candidate will:

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
Minimum 3 years' of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Prior self-delivery experience in a civils environment
Exposure and understanding of the NEC suite of contracts.
