Konnect are working exclusively with a growing SME that is looking to recruit a Site Manager for housing development in Cambridge
Based in Hertfordshire whit sites in Cambridgeshire and Norfolkj the client has a number of projects starting in 2025 which will range from 30 to 100 units with both timber frame and traditional build techniques.
The client is seeking a Site Manager with experience of running sites of up to 100 units as a number 1 from out of the ground and will have ideally worked with Housing Association and Partnerships.
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Managers card are required for this role
