About Us: We are recruiting for a well-established company based in Worcester, seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their team. If you have a keen eye for detail, a knack for numbers, and experience in bookkeeping, we would love to hear from you!

The Role: As a Part-Time Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our business operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

* Managing accounts payable and receivable

* Processing invoices, payments, and receipts

* Bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow

* Preparing VAT returns and assisting with tax submissions

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software

* Supporting the preparation of monthly and year-end financial reports

* Assisting with payroll processing as needed

About You: The ideal candidate will have:

* Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar role

* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and MS Excel

* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

* A good understanding of basic accounting principles

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

* Strong communication skills

* A proactive approach to problem-solving
