What You'll Be Doing:

* Delivering engaging and fun lessons across the Year 2 curriculum.

* Creating a vibrant classroom environment that encourages creativity, confidence and curiosity.

* Planning and delivering lessons that suit different learning styles and making sure every student has their moment to shine.

* Supporting children in their social and emotional growth, not just academic success.

* Assessing and giving feedback to help each child smash their learning goals.

* Keeping open communication with parents and caregivers, because teamwork makes the dream work!

* Bring your A-game every day to inspire the next generation!

Who you are:

* You've got QTS and you are ready to make things happen!

* Have an Enhanced DBS Check (Or be willing to complete one!)

* Passionate about working with younger children and watching them grow!

* You're creative, flexible, and love to think outside the box when it comes to teaching.

* You've got classroom experience and the skills to back learning an exciting experience.

* Live in the Birmingham, B20 area and are ready to take on this new challenge!
