The role

Support the production, quality and technical departments in testing and inspection of Components, Raw materials, manufacturing processes and equipment
Perform process reviews on manufacturing processes
Analysis of components and sub-assemblies to Internal and External requirements
Perform in-house product testing and random sampling to confirm specifications are correct
Working with cleanroom leaders to ensure equipment is checked before and after use
Review and update Standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other technical/process documentation
Assist in problem solving, root cause analysis and risk assessments
Getting involved with Non-conformance reports (NCR), Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) activities
Occasionally travelling to other Kimal sites and to suppliersKey Skills

Experience in a process engineering, quality engineering, manufacturing engineering or similar role.
Experience in a manufacturing sector
Knowledge of production processes and quality control methods
Understanding of industry regulations and standards
Experience with product inspectios and compliance testing Package
