Day-to-day of the role of a HSC Lecturer:

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students.
  • Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
  • Provide feedback to students to aid in their learning and development.
  • Maintain a stimulating and safe learning environment.

The sucessful Health and social Care Lecturer will have :

  • A recognised teaching qualification in the relevant subject(s).
  • Experience teaching up to level 3 in a further education setting
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Must possess a current DBS on the Update Service
