Our client, an established IT support company with over 23 years of experience, is seeking a skilled IT Field Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role offers variety and challenges, serving a diverse client base across multiple industries.Position Overview:

• Based in Lancing office with regular travel to client sites (road and rail)
• Provide on-site support and installation services
• Manage desktop and laptop systems (Windows 8-10 Pro)
• Handle configurations and networking tasks
• Ensure efficient resolution of incidents, requests, and site maintenance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in 1st/2nd line IT Support
• Strong track record in on-site hardware and software installation
• Valid UK driving license
• Working knowledge of Windows Server #removed# & Microsoft Exchange
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 2013+
• Familiarity with firewall/router configurations, business firewall ports, IPv4 & DNS
