Key Responsibilities:

Audio Typing & Document Preparation: Accurately transcribe legal documents and correspondence from audio dictation, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and on time.

*

File Management: Organise and maintain both physical and digital files, ensuring easy accessibility and secure record keeping in line with company policies.

*

Client Care: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a professional and welcoming service via phone, email, or in-person, and handling client queries with care and efficiency.

*

Diary Management: Schedule appointments and meetings, managing the team's diaries to ensure deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.

*

Administrative Support: Take on various administrative tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Front of House Duties: Greet visitors, answer calls, and manage incoming mail, ensuring a professional environment for clients and colleagues alike.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Prior legal secretarial experience, ideally in the Private Client sector (Wills, Probate, Trusts, LPAs, and Estate Administration).

Organisational Excellence: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-focused approach and a strong sense of professionalism.

Proactivity: A proactive, logical mindset with the ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of the team.
