Position: Early Years Educator 
Location: Lambeth
Start Date: Immediate 
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience and qualifications)  
The ideal candidate will: 

Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or a relevant degree (Essential) 
Have experience working with children in an Early Years setting 
Be knowledgeable about the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework 
Be able to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment 
Have strong communication and teamwork skills, working closely with teachers and support staff 
Be passionate about child development and committed to inclusive education  
Your Responsibilities 

Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS curriculum 
Support children in developing their language, social, and motor skills 
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel encouraged to explore and learn 
Observe and assess children's progress, contributing to learning journals and reports 
Work closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure each child receives tailored support 
Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being in young learners
