Nuco Solutions requires a Repairs Supervisor for a client contract based in North London

The successful candidate will supervise, lead and oversee quality control of workers in accordance with Health and Safety and high standards of working practices whilst ensuring good customer satisfaction.

Job responsibilities:

* Direct work of employees to meet quality and on-time delivery requirements; address challenges and communicate to appropriate leadership

* Partner with admin and clients to manage workflow and ensure employees fully comprehend responsibilities and delegated tasks

* Manage a team working on repairs and void properties

* Set performance goals and deadlines in line with company's vision, monitoring budgets and reporting back to leadership

* Monitor team productivity and provide performance evaluations, constructive feedback, and discipline as needed

* Carry out SOR reports and have a good understanding of SOR codes

* Receive and track employee and customer complaints, and resolve problems

* Maintain timekeeping and personnel records

Requirements:

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Clean DBS

* Previous experience as a Supervisor within a Social Housing role
