Due to continued growth, they are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager to oversee one of their exceptional homes in Suffolk.Role Overview:As a Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents. You will lead a dedicated team of professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering an environment of excellence and compassion.   • Oversee the management and operations of the nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and other relevant legislation.

  • Develop and implement care plans, monitoring and reviewing residents’ progress.
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently to ensure a high-quality service.

  • Promote and support continuous improvement within the home.

Skills & Experience:

  • NMC registered with a valid nursing qualification (RN, RGN, RMN, or similar).
  • Proven experience in a management role within a nursing home or similar healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Passion for delivering person-centred care and improving residents' lives.
