This is an opportunity to join a family-run business with a strong commitment to core values of honesty, family, hard work, reliability, and environmental sustainability. They are looking for a Commercial Administrator to become part of their team, operating across the South-West.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Answering telephone enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Performing general administration duties to support daily operations.
  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to their meetings, ensuring a professional first impression.
  • Managing the company mailbox and responding to email enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Updating the company website with relevant and current information as needed.
  • Preparing the company newsletter and ensuring it is distributed to staff and stakeholders.
  • Taking notes during meetings and preparing reports for monthly management meetings.
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing post within the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using email, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in preparing reports and newsletters is desirable.
