£16.05 p/hour + OT + Bonuses

We are looking for several machine operators who have a solid CV showing commitment to an employer, the ability to work with precision measuring instruments, and a great eye for detail to work with an engineering company in Rugby.

This is an active, manual, standing role where you will play a part in the manufacture of aerospace products. You could be operating a CNC machine, grinding, working with heat treatment, chemically plating, or even performing a process that puts threads onto fasteners.

It's 6am - 6pm, working a 4 on / 4 off pattern (all 7 days are working days, and you will be working a block of 4, so some weekends will be included).

This is strictly a full-time role, so no part-time or short-term student options are available, and it will lead to a permanent placement after 13 weeks.

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 2 years' recent experience in a machine operator role.

• The ability to read basic engineering drawings.

• A good understanding of precision measuring (mics, verniers, shadowgraphs).

• Flexibility to work the shift pattern.

• Be located within a realistic distance of Rugby.

• A good attitude.

• A strong awareness of teamwork and an appreciation for quality.

• Full fluency in written and spoken English.

• Fully numerate.
