An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Asset Management Surveyor to join the Estates Management team based within our partner offices taking responsibility for assisting in the delivery of current Estate & Asset Management services.

Description
- Provide strategic property advice, including management, regeneration, and asset use.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Conduct property reviews and deliver timely, quality reports.
- Assist with general surveyor duties, adhering to professional standards.
- Prepare reports, attend committees, and ensure high-quality client support.
- Manage projects, maximise income, and meet productivity targets.
- Comply with ISO standards and take on additional tasks as needed.
Profile
- Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an Estates-related field.
- 5-10 years of significant post-qualification experience.
- Preferable experience within a Local Authority.
- Possession of a full UK driving licence.
