We are excited to offer a unique opportunity within the Adult Safeguarding, Practice and Provider Relations area at the Bromley Civic Centre. We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Project Manager who is a registered Social Worker to join our team. This role is crucial for the delivery and implementation of our annual quality assurance programme aimed at enhancing the service provision for adult service users and carers.

Day-to-Day of the Role:
  • Implement the Quality Assurance Policy, Governance, and Framework; oversee the delivery of the annual quality assurance audit programme.
  • Coordinate quality and performance monitoring activities within adult services and assist with reporting performance information.
  • Conduct scheduled case file audits, practice reviews, and observations, and produce detailed reports for the senior management team.
  • Analyse data from quality assurance activities, identify good practice, and report on themes for learning, practice development, and service improvement.
  • Support the Principal Social Worker in developing best practices, promoting new ways of working, and facilitating training workshops and reflective learning forums.
  • Lead various projects related to quality improvement in service delivery and the development of good practice in safeguarding adults and social work intervention.
  • Provide regular progress reports on Quality Assurance activities to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must be a Social Work England registered Social Worker.
  • Detailed knowledge of strength-based approaches, Quality Assurance mechanisms, and models of Social Work intervention.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use MS Office applications and IT.
  • Proven experience in implementing quality assurance frameworks and conducting audits.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce comprehensive reports.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
