Job Role:
The City Activation Manager is responsible for delivering an exceptional product experience through engagement with adult smokers, dualist, and nicotine pouch users. This role focuses on executing point-of-sale (POS) materials and incentives within stores, playing a vital role in the strategic launch and rollout of clients’ new products. The position is fundamental to the success of these launches and supports in-store activation and brand advertising. This role offers car allowances and bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
Collaboration and Planning:
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement strategic activation plans.
• Coordinate with marketing and promotional teams for effective in-store campaigns.
Brand Representation:
• Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Promote brand awareness and increase product visibility within assigned territory.
Engagement and Training:
• Engage with store employees and managers to drive product visibility and sales.
• Provide product training and support to effectively promote and sell products.
Reporting and Feedback:
• Deliver day-to-day reporting, ensuring administrative tasks such as KPI tracking and consumer insights are completed.
• Report on store incentive results and ensure correct payout.
Event Coordination:
• Collaborate with other ambassadors and the marketing team for small-scale activations/events, such as expos and trade shows.
Market Analysis:
• Gather, collate, and report on competitor products, including market share, pricing, and availability.
Health and Safety:
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines during promotional activities.
General Duties:
• Perform other duties as required within the department and during promotional events.
Physical Demands:
• Frequent travel within the assigned territory.
