Learning Support Assistant - Barnet - Immediate Start 
Are you passionate about education and eager to make a meaningful impact in the classroom? We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide vital support to students and teachers across various subjects in a dynamic school environment. 
 
Pay: £90 - £105 per day 
Location: Barnet
Start Date: January
Interview Date: ASAP 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons across a range of subjects. 
Help maintain classroom order, ensuring a positive and focused learning environment. 
Provide one-to-one support to students who need additional help with specific subjects or tasks. 
Work closely with students to develop study skills, boost confidence, and foster a love for learning. 
Support teachers in preparing learning materials and organising classroom resources.  
Requirements: 

Experience working with young people (voluntary or paid) is desirable. 
Recent graduate with a strong academic background. 
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 
A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed. 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with both students and staff.
