You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex cases involving medium to high-net-worth clients, providing expert legal advice and representation.Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a variety of privately funded family law matters, including but not limited to:
  • Divorce and separation proceedings.
  • Financial remedies and settlements.
  • Private children law issues, including custody and access disputes.
  • Drafting and advising on pre-and post-nuptial agreements.
  • Wealth protection and related legal strategies.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high standards of client care and service.

What We Are Looking For:

• A qualified solicitor with 1- 5 years' PQE in family law.
