We are recruiting for a Building Control Surveyor in the Bristol-area. This is an excellent opportunity and offers hybrid working.

-Undertake site inspections at various stages of the project.

-Plan checking

-Work on reisdential and commercial buildings

-Work on high risk buildings

-Work to agreed parameters set by the building safety regulator

Candidates should be an experienced Building Control Surveyor, with excellent knowledge of building and fire sfatey regulations, experience of working as a building control surveyor, and a class 3H registration with the Building Safety Regulator.
