Company backgroundOur client is an international FinTech companyJob responsibilities of the German speaking Credit Analyst As a Credit Analyst you will work with the Credit Risk/Data Science teams to use credit analysis solutions to ensure acceptable client terms while deciding the size, duration, and price of a credit application. You will also contribute ideas to improve the ongoing processes and validating the accuracy of information received for each deal. You role will typically include the following duties and responsibilities:

• Building and documenting localised guidance and policies for our Credit Decisions team
• Testing and providing feedback for our local Credit Risk models
• Assessing merchants on ability to repay by reviewing credit reports, assessing revenue and payment data, and pricing deals

The successful candidate background

• Fluency in German and English
• Previous work experience from the financial services or similar sector
• Experiences in credit risk / underwriting / banking/ finance / accounting etc.
• Analytical and has strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player / Target driven
• Experience of having working in German speaking business markets an advantage

Salary, benefits and working hoursSalary range: £39,500 - £41,500 +5% quarterly bonus (based on performance).
