Stafforce are currently on the lookout for an Estimator to join a growing team in Barnsley, within this role you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of high-end commercial projects with values up to £50M.

What to Expect:

Creating tenders for commercial projects - ranging from £100K - £50M
Estimating for all aspects of projects, ranging from structural steel to precast concrete staircases
Primarily office-based with occasional site and customer visits
Manage a busy, varied workload and meet tight deadlines
Work closely with the Estimating and Design teams to achieve shared objectives.
Work from detailed drawings and specificationsWhat We Need from You:

Preferably an HND or equivalent in a technical or engineering discipline, or 3+ years of relevant industry experience
Experience in the construction industry, structural steel or fabrication experience is an advantage
Confident in client meetings and understanding of building solutions
Ability to read and interpret engineer's and architect's drawings
Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel and Word
Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to work independentlyWhat We Can Offer:
