Technical Manager Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead the delivery and management of Working Drawing projects within the technical team
Collaborate on fee proposal preparations
Engage with clients, stakeholders, and external consultants to ensure seamless communication
Drive business development initiatives and strengthen existing client relationships
Conduct site visits and appraisals, ensuring project feasibility and excellence
Review and check drawings/information to maintain high-quality standards
Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering growth within the team

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

Proven experience in a similar role, showcasing excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and project management capabilities
A keen understanding of commercial dynamics in the housing sector
Exceptional technical skills related to housing delivery for housebuilders
A dedication to teamwork and a proactive, hardworking approach
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office software.
