Customer Services Advisor role

Our Colchester based client are seeking an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join their thriving business on a full-time permanent basis, offering salaries of up to £25000 per annum depending on experience.

What will you be doing?

As customer services advisor you will be responding to customer enquiries, dealing with complaints, processing orders and returns, and more. You will be working in a busy team and work to provide a high standard of customer service

What skills will you have?

The successful candidate will have experience within a customer service advisor role, work well in a face paced environment, and have strong IT and communication skills. You will be able to provide a high standard of customer service and have a strong attention to detail and ability to deal with data entry accurately.
